Eva communicated throughout the process and when a minor issue came up, she took care of it immediately. Very happy, I will be a return customer.

Landy is the best, has made 7 pins for me already.

Lillian was kind and very patient. Thorough and made me happy with the delivery. I’ll be back and will refer others in my organization as I am a new bishop.

Emily was great to work with!

Great costumer service ! Immediate response from Amanda she’s always willing to go above and beyond. I ordered some challenge coins, which are gorgeous and the spinner pens are a lot of fun! 🤩

Jessica and her team at Custom Patches did an incredible job from start to finish with my custom patches. They took my sketch design and made a flawless reproduction that was perfect! All done in less than a week. I can't wait to show them off. The customer service, quality, and cost are A++++. Thanks so much!
