I ordered some custom pins from them recently and over all it was very easy and straightforward process. I was a bit hesitant at first because I was not familiar with this company but when I was emailing with there representative KALYN .My worries had been put to rest.I sent them my designs they came back very quickly with a proof and I ordered my required volume It arrived a few days ago exactly as it was on the proof.Very good company to deal with in my experience .Thanks Kayln for all your help.

Such a positive experience. First time placing an order with this company and extremely pleased with the product. Great customer service experience with FAY. She was so helpful and worked on several proofs for us from the beginning till production. Product arrived earlier than expected and the printing and quality is exactly as advertised.
