Support was readily available and answered my questions

This is my second time ordering for my organization. Fay is always very helpful and professional with making sure my orders are to my exact liking, and ensuring the order would reach me in a timely manner.

Amazing service from Fay (Sales Coordinator)

Processed our first order today and Lilian, has been amazing! Prompt responses & great communication. Excited to receive our order! 🙌🏼

Great experience best help with logo creation will be ordering again and thanks too Kalyn For helping me out hello is it me you’re looking for?

Liz was amazing and did a fantastic job. She caught a mistake I made and had it corrected for me. Great job.

When I requested assistance to update my reorder for pens, I was delighted for the very quick to response! I needed a different phone number on the barrel. Fay is obviously very smart to figure out exactly what I asked for (amazing how few can follow "simple" requests!), and I received a prompt email with an updated pen! Very impressed! Looking forward to getting our order!

We got some custom pins made and are now on our second re-order. Customer service is great and the product is also great. We worked with Fay and had a great experience.
