Customizeaf ™Reviews of customizeaf.com

Wonderful experience! I had never heard of this company so I was skeptical, but I went ahead and ordered an ornament which is customized by me (mom) standing beside my son who plays college lacrosse. I love the ornament! It turned out perfectly! This site offered customizable options that other sites didn't which made the ornament look even more liike my son. Customer service responded quickly to my email when I had a question. Love the wonderful keepsake! Thank you!! Great experience!

Horrible company. You won't get your item for forever and there's no returns. Website is misleading in the fact that it's not a US based company. Quality of item is not good.

I think it should be very clear it will be a LONG time before you receive your order (shipping from Japan) especially during the holidays - you will likely have A LOT of disappointed customers

I only received one of the three items I ordered and was told to just look around for the other items. They didn't seem to understand that yes, I received the package, but my whole order wasn't there. Very frustrating.

I purchased the sign with a customized picture of my dog and it never arrived. They are not answering any of my emails. This place is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them.

There should be a no star rating. I had a white shih Tzu and received a brown dog. Several emails later and they are doing nothing to fix it.

They say it is glass, it is not, it's plastic. If your pet is white, they will make it brown because they say white will show up as clear. The picture in their ad shows a white dog. Obviously it's not a true picture of their work. It didn't look anything like my dog.

I bought a slate memorial plaque and after having it at the cemetery for only three months the words and photo are falling off. I bought it six months ago so not under warranty. Junk!!
