Customizeaf ™Reviews of customizeaf.com

This is the third year that I have ordered gifts from Customizleaf. I have found the quality of their items always worth the money. But this year’s Christmas tree ornaments with your own personal photos is truly exceptional. I’ve now ordered three of these for Christmas gifts. Great!!

I just received my light up football plaque with pictures I had provided of my son, who is a senior and it captures his many years of playing football! I absolutely love it! And it turned out great! I can not wait to give it to him for Christmas! I will definitely order again for my other kids! Great memories to have for years to come. Also received my order in about 2weeks as originally told!

I received an ornament I ordered that I was going to give as a gift, the picture of the item looked great but when I received it all it was, was a thin little piece of cheap plastic. It was only printed on one side and the backside was backwards. I was so upset by the product that I just threw it away. I would never give this gift it would have been embarrassing. I reached out to the customer about my product and how I was very unsatisfied. I was told without a picture of the item they could not help me or refund me! You made the product, why do I have to show you a picture of the cheap crap they sent me?! It is obviously the way the keep people’s money. Please don’t waste your money like I did. BEWARE!!!!!

This is the best result in an online order that I have ever had! I always worry about quality and the work of a custom product but this was a 200% surprise!! I will always use this company for anything custom made that they carry. Mine came three days earlier than scheduled which was awesome because I have no patience. lol so I was overjoyed. Everything about this product, experience, and professionalism is spot on! You all will not be disappointed. Great product. Great company. Easy 5 stars ⭐️ ++++ Thank you Customeaf. 🥰

Wish I would have read reviews before purchasing from this company!! Nightmare!! The decal was just what I wanted but applying to was a no go and they expected this clear sheet to stay on over it making it look awful! Then their customer service….a A JOKE! Very rude!! Money wasted

I ordered four customized custom garden slates for my dogs who sadly passed away. Less than 18 months later the pictures and words have all peeled away/completely off of the heart shaped slate pieces. Upon contacting customer service I was told that their website warns to avoild prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions and to keep the plaque in a sheltered area and clean it with a soft cloth. IT IS A GARDEN PLAQUE!! They offered "as a gesture of good will" to let me REPURCHASE them at a preferential price "as a committment to your satisfaction as a valued customer". NO THANKS! I will not purchase from this company again. There are many other companies out there!

I never received a confirmation email for the item I ordered, subsequently, I cannot track my order. I have written and texted but never get a reply. I'll be calling my credit card company to report them as a scam operation.

Editing tool is trash. You cannot center your photo to fit in any of their templates. Pretty pricey for something that doesn’t even work right.
