Customer service was excellent. My first time ordering (taking over for someone else in the office) - I'd ordered the wrong layout for the boxes and CBN's Rep caught it and brought it to my attention. Not only that, but through their help, I wound up saving about 10% on the order. Very awesome! Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
