Custom Boxes NowReviews of customboxesnow.com

Linzi at Custom Boxes Now was a HUGE help in making my project possible. It was a long process of back and forth, ordering samples of four different colors, selecting sizes based on the limitation of the printer, figuring out the delivery method, etc. She understood my order was a bit unusual (ordering sheets of custom colors instead of boxes), but she was very patient with my requests and made every step possible for my operation. There were some minor issues here and there along the process but Linzi helped to resolve them right away. I highly recommend working with Custom Boxes Now for your next project!! Linzi, thank you so much for everything!

As a graphic designer, I was working with my client as well as Linzi and her team on our first project with Custom Boxes Now. Linzi kept communications clear and everyone was well informed in all of our correspondence. The customer service was exceptional! Linzi truly listened and made sure our needs were understood and goals were met. Product looked great and production time was delivered in a very timely manner. Linzi, along with her team, definitely gave me a go to for future box and packaging needs!

Purchased 100 boxes. No problems at all. Got them pretty quick too. I think the measurements may have been more like the inside of the box and not the outside. Better ask them about this. A slightly larger box ended up being perfect for my needs.

Great customer service. From start to finish, and met the deadlines. They set realistic expectations and delivered. Highly recommend their services and the boxes came out great

I wanted to write this review about Linzi Hansen because Custom Boxes Now is LUCKY to have her as their representative! I never did shipping boxes before and we needed 1800Q 2 color boxes for Holiday. Linzi was SO patient and informative. She followed up right on the dime every time! I really enjoyed working with her and definitely endorse Custom Boxes Now for all your shipping needs. My boxes shipped right on time and were gorgeous!!

I’ve dealt with a lot of vendors during the last 6 months and Custom Boxes Now was by far the easiest to work with, and the most transparent. Not to mention, they were quick to complete our order. It was completed two days befroe teh given due date.

The team here did a fantastic job correcting my order & the final product is excellent. Thank you again

Linzi and her team were INCREDIBLE! They helped up us get some pretty giant, and very last minute, custom boxes created and shipped out in a tenth of the time we were given estimates for from other competitors. They also were quick to respond any time we had questions, and when we experienced a shipping delay (totally outside of their control) they jumped in to get it resolved asap.
