UPDATE 2/24/17: I received my order in the timely manner that was promised. I've updated my review to five stars based on the quality of the product I received. This doesn't change my dissatisfaction at the disinterested staffer that walked me through the order process but I want to give credit where credit is due. These boxes are of extraordinary quality... The material is sturdy, there's minimal "cracking" around the creased edges and the glued seam is as strong as can be. The design looks great with the fit and finish of the material and the print process. They close up very precisely! I'm very impressed and am getting another order ready as I'm typing this. The speed, responsiveness and ultimate quality of the end product are an extraordinary value for the price, I'm delighted by the final result! Some minor packaging feedback... I would have liked the 1,000 pieces to be "strapped" or "bundled" rather than shipped loose in a large box, but that's a very minor callout. I'd highly recommend this company with the tiny asterisk that the interactions weren't great, but that's an easy fix for them I think! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have never used this company before. There is a sea of competitors on the index page when you google this product / service, so I had no specific guidance and just chose this brand. I have not received my boxes yet, but their press/production and shipping was very timely as was their response time to my messages. I will say that the representative I was in contact with (I won't mention his name) was not pleasant. He made me feel like a nuisance for contacting him (even over the website chat). Spending $1,500 I know I am a SMALL fish, but the intention was for this to be an ongoing quarterly order. After being made to feel like a nuisance I will reconsider my options. Had this person been even slightly more personable and behaved like a glad representative of the company, I would proceed with the utmost confidence (given that the product arrives and is of the quality I would expect...) This feedback is meant as constructive and I hope it helps their staff see the consumer side of the transaction.
