I chose Custom Boxes Market based on their positive reviews and customization options, but the experience was unacceptable. After quality issues with the first production run, a reproduction was agreed upon, yet communication nearly disappeared. Deadlines slipped repeatedly with no updates or accountability. To make matters worse, I was misled by my "sales executive" claiming to be the manager when he wasn’t, delaying my ability to reach someone who could actually resolve the problems. When I finally contacted the real manager, I was ignored until I posted a public review. After more than two months of delays, poor communication, and misrepresentation, the only resolution offered was a refund. For anyone expecting professionalism, reliability, or transparency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The frustration and wasted time simply aren’t worth it. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because I eventually received a refund — but that came far too late to make up for the experience.

This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. They accepted my order, took my payment, and held my money for two full weeks — only to cancel at the last minute and “decide not to move forward.” This cost me time, momentum, and opportunities, and shows they do not honor commitments. A real business says “no” at the beginning if they can’t deliver — not after confirming and holding a customer’s money for weeks. Their excuse that this was to “protect my time and investment” is insulting. In reality, it wasted both. If you value your business and deadlines, avoid this company. They cannot be trusted to keep their word.

Despite these concerns, our customer service representative, Kent, provided excellent support throughout the process. He was highly responsive, effectively coordinated artwork and mock-ups, and offered valuable design alternatives. The quality of the printed pie boxes exceeded our expectations, particularly in the actual print work. We appreciate that Custom Boxes Market partners with various print houses, and our order was successfully produced in Pakistan. The 200 pie boxes were delivered to Washington State via DHL exactly two weeks after payment. We are very satisfied with the outcome and plan to re-order from Custom Boxes Market, specifically working with Kent again, when we need more boxes.

This was our second order, Joseph was amazing and really took time to understand what we wanted. When the boxes arrived they were exceptional, the vibrancy of colour was outstanding. I will definitely return in the future.
