Excellent communication through the design process. Delivered as agreed and high quality.

This was a great company to work with. They helped me all throughout the process of creating my custom packaging. Great communication, very helpful, and most important a quality product.

Great quality and arrived within the time quoted. Will be using this company again.

Ian was very polite and replying fast to my questions. I received my order before the delivery time frame. I recommend this company.

James handled my order and was friendly and proactive with both emails and calls to insure that our time-sensitive job was done on time. The bags arrived as promised and were exactly what we needed. Super sturdy construction!

They were easy to get in touch with and handled my order with professionalism. They were the fastest to respond to my inquiry and also gave me the best price out of the 8 companies that I contacted. I was able to make plenty of edits to the design with no questions asked from my sales rep, Kent. The boxes arrived in a few weeks and in perfect condition. The biggest thing for me was the stellar communication from Kent; he was in touch with me every step of the way. Nothing but respect for Custom Boxes Market.

I have worked with them on a few projects now and they have been fantastic! They are able to meet my tight deadlines and have been very flexible when it comes to any changes to the orders. Their pricing has been great too! I definitely recommend! Great quality, large selection of products, easy ordering process and good prices.

The communication was timely and they got my boxes to me right on time. They did such a good job and everyone loves how vibrant the boxes are
