CusGiftsReviews of cusgifts.com

It started rocky due to My anxiousness. However, the finished product turned out beautifully, after I took off the protective film used in shipping. Beautifully crafted keepsakes!! ❣️❣️ Thank you for being so kind and understanding and patient with me with the absence of our loved one.

This is my second order from CusGifts and again they didn’t disappoint. I had a question about a part of my order, they were quick to answer. I am totally happy with the quality of my order, which was two personalized mugs and a personalized outdoor mini flag. I will definitely order from them again. Such unique, personal gifts you can order from them.

Thank you so much for my t shirt love it can't wait for my other one xx

I was absolutely heartbroken after losing my 16 year old sheltie in January. I started shopping for a memorial for myself. I found your website and ordered the crystal heart. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it.

Fast delivery and quality product can’t fault this site the goods are definatly What I ordered

The quality of the product the speed of delivery could not be more happy with service overall fantastic company will be ordering again

I wish I could put ZERO stars on this company!! I have receipts and everything to prove that this is indeed their product!! I would advise anyone to NOT EVER ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and fail to refund my money back as their advertising promised. I paid $73 for the heart shaped frame that supposed to play music, which wasn’t created. I received a frame with the picture cropped on our faces. It was supposed to have been delivered by February 14th and was ordered back in January. I didn’t get it until yesterday and how disappointed I am!! I request to send it back and want my full refund but they want to offer me 15% of my refund a keep this ugly frame!! IM NOT NEGOTIATING!! I am an attorney and will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY!! I promised them that if they didn’t refund's my money I’ll post a negative review on all social media platforms…so here we go!! Until I receive my refund, I’ll keep posting and encouraging people to NEVER SHOP ON CUSGIFT.COM
