I didn’t read the description about there being a film on my ornament and emailed them to tell them it wasn’t right. They emailed me back in just a few hours and were very nice explaining to me how to remove it. After it was removed my ornament was absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to give it to my mom for Christmas! Excellent customer service and product!

I accidentally ordered the wrong cover for my new phone. When I contacted customer service, they sent a copy of the order, and I saw it was my mistake. Even though it was my fault, they gave me 20% off the new phone case I ordered. I call that good customer service. The new case came quickly and this time I ordered the right one. I love it. I have ordered from this company many times, and will continue to order from them in the future.

My Nieces cat Cali passed after 17 years..She had her since she was 10(my niece). It was really hard for her, and I plan on giving it to her for Christmas. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but it's perfect.
