Please know that you might be experiencing what we call "purging." This can occur for some members just starting with Curology. While your skin adjusts to your formula and your pores begin clearing out, your acne can get worse before it gets better. It will pass in time, and your medical provider can help you minimize it. Keep in mind that most purging subsides within 1-2 months, and it can take 2-3 months to begin to see results with prescription medication. I kindly encourage you to reach out to your Curology provider! They are there to answer all of your skin care concerns.

Please know that in an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we ship and bill every 60 days, and the one bottle is your 60 day supply. I can understand that 24ml seems small. When using your custom formula, our findings show that using a thin layer of medication helps ensure your bottle lasts until your next shipment, although we know that may not be the case for everyone. In regards to the sunscreen, thank you for bringing that to our attention! Just in case - I have alerted our quality assurance team of your concerns with the smell. I am happy to hear that you like our cleanser! Please know that you can purchase this separately anytime online or at Target! Since we are a medical practice, we have to follow strict guidelines and special permissions based on our license to treat patients in specific locales.
