I’m having the same issues as many other people here — I paid for the 2 month bottle of prescription medicine and it’s run out in three weeks! I opened it up as many others and saw just how shallow it was! The bottle is clearly made to look bigger than it is and y’all are misleading customers. Not only that, but I can genuinely not think of a way to have made this last two months! I used two pumps per day for all the days I had it - 44 pumps. So even if I had been using 1 pump per day, that would be at least 60 pumps for the two months! I’m so upset since it seemed like it was helping my skin, at the very least getting rid of redness even if it hand fully gotten around to completely eradicating my acne, and now I’m out waaaay before I’m supposed to be! $60 for a cleanser, a moisturizer, and 44 pumps is a scam and I’m SO disappointed as I really wanted this to work!

At first, Curology was working miracles for me. I had so many breakouts, always on my forehead, and curology cleared it up in about 3 weeks. It was amazing how clear and smooth my skin was. I didn't mind spending money on something that was working for me. However after about 4 months of using it, my acne gradually started getting worse. At first I thought it was my diet or the weather maybe. But I hadn't changed my diet or done anything out of the ordinary. It felt like my skin was almost becoming immune to the ingredients if that's possible. I contacted one of the dermatologists and told them my experience. She decided to do a formula change in my super bottle. This has not worked for me and my skin is constantly breaking out now. It's so frustrating because it costs so much money. I'm not sure what to do next to treat my acne inexpensively and effectively.

Curology actually helped my skin clear up a little. However, I agree with everyone else about the pricing for this product. Out of the three bottles that you should be getting, the most important bottle, which is the customized formula is the one with the littlest amount! It comes in a big bottle but when it's done and when you open the bottle, you can see how shallow and how little they put inside! Once I finished the customized formula, I opened it and dipped a q-tip inside to get out as much of the formula as I can, and not even half of the q-tip went all the way down the bottle. That is how little they put! It is honestly not fair because customers subscribe to this product and don't even get the amount that they pay for. Curology should fill the whole bottle instead and not fool customers into thinking that the bottle contains a lot when it literally contains a straw-full amount only. Come on curology! Quit scamming customers and give them their money's worth!

Product irritated my skin. They made suggestions. I follow the suggestions. My skin was still irritated. I canceled. My card was charged. They do not do returns so I have a product that irritate s my skin I cannot use and I am out of money. I would not recommend this company! Update: The company finally refunded $60 back on my card .

I am posting 2 stars because this product really worked for my daughter, but did not work at all for my son. It's like any other skin care product, there is no one size fits all for everyone. The two stars are for customer service. Even though this product may work well for some (and it should for the price they charge), they are extremely hard to communicate with. They have no phone number or chat line, only e-mail. So, you have no way of initiating two way communication. And we had some major issues because I had two separate accounts for each of my kids, but they kept mixing up the accounts. My son needed to make some alterations in his customization and shipping frequency, but we were never able to get any kind of confirmation for any of this. We still don't know if he was receiving the proper formula. I think the CS service team are nice people, just impossible to reach and get clear communication. So, for the major cost you pay, I believe it should include better customer service. I have tried to cancel my son's account, but I have no idea yet if that has gone through. Oh, and one other frustration, each time I tried to sign into my son's account, it wouldn't take his password. So, when we asked for the link to change it, we would try to sign in with the newly created password and they would treat us as a new customer, asking for all of the criteria for the product, but then showed us as logged in, so I think the website is extremely buggy as well.

I go check my bank account and I see that the majority of my money is gone. I’m a high school student and I already don’t make much but I wanted to give Curology a try. I still have yet to finish my free trial but I was recently charged $60 worth of another Curology set that I was not alerted for. Should i receive an email asking if I want to continue? Or can’t I go to Curology.com and ask for another set myself? This is ridiculous! I feel scammed and I just want my money back. I sent several emails today and I’m hoping Curology sees my review and can understand my situation. I seen that it’s not just me with the same problem. This is going to bring even more of the same problems and eventually people will stop buying this product. I even read about the 90 day money back guarantee and someone who had a similar issue as I did got his money back. Curology is a good product but the whole pricing and charging people out of the blue is too much for me. All I’m asking for is a refund please.

I had mild to moderate cystic acne on my chin and cheeks. I started Curology 6 months ago, with the hope for a change. The first formulation resulted in more severe cystic acne appearing on my chin and cheeks than I had already, but was told to wait for the "purging' stage to pass instead of being granted a new formulation. 6 months later, the PA I am currently assigned (as they change periodically) finally has changed my formulation, but I have already experienced such severe cystic acne at this point that I will suffer permanent acne scarring. I am discontinuing, and I don't recommend moderate to severe acne sufferers to believe in this over-the-counter program. The customer service is pretty good, and the moisturizer and cleanser are gentle, but perhaps ineffective.

I’m giving Curology two stars rather than one ONLY because I liked the result of my free trial. The product did help my skin clear up quite well while I was using the free trial which I started in November. HOWEVER- I am currently a college student. I unfortunately couldn’t afford a subscription and decided that I put it on hold. By the time it was about to ship out again, I still didn’t have enough money, so I had to cancel altogether. Then I got an email from my bank saying that I had overdrafted and Curology charged me 60$!! This was incredibly stress inducing for me, as I don’t start my job until the end of January. I emailed them a very detailed email asking for my money back and explaining the situation. I got an automated email saying that my account had been canceled, but I couldn’t get my money back since my next order had already shipped (???). After several more emails to the support, I finally got an email from a real person. This was only after I specifically asked “when will my money be refunded?” And only that. Finally, a real person emailed back saying they caught my order before it went out (okay..) and that I could get my money back within 10 days. It only took 4 days but it was a very stressful few days with having no actual money. I’m very disappointed and really didn’t expect such a scammy type of thing to come from this company. Though I liked the product, the random payments of costs that aren’t mentioned in the subscription is not worth it and the stress this caused only made me more disappointed. Hopefully they are able to fix these issues before more people have to deal with these same issues.
