I liked the Curology products but needed to cancel because I’m trying to cut costs and their customer service was very professional and nice when I requested to cancel

My experience was fabulous. I had trouble with one of my products…I could not get the moisturizer to come out of the container. I was upset because I had just gotten my subscription and wouldn’t get another for two months. They immediately put another moisturizer in the mail for me. I greatly appreciate their customer service, not to mention their anti aging products.

Honestly everyone just wants to help you with anything you need. I had to find out through trial and error that my skin hates niacinimide and from start to finish I had help every step of the way in getting just the right prescription. Customer service is top notch too. The text feature is amazing, and everyone is so helpful. I had somehow messed up my birthdate of all things through a typo, and they fixed it easily. It's really a great company.

This product worked better then my Botox and that’s no exaggeration, I have been using it faithfully for a week and what a difference already. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, I’ve been a Physician for over 20 years more since retired and usually I don’t endorse any product but AGENCY is by far the best !!!!
