I used to tell everyone about Curology and recommend them. But now I will only warn others to stay away from them. The product: 5 stars. Played a fundamental part in saving my poor broken out skin after a year of unrelenting acne misery. Customer service: one star. They put such a bad taste in my mouth. My expired card was charged $40 and I was not offered a refund or anything in apology despite me INSTANTLY contacting the company after seeing it start to process in my account. I was told I should have contacted them 2 days before it went through. If I knew my EXPIRED card was going to be charged I would have. I was offered no refund, no help. Responses subsided. I’ve been searching for a job for three months, so a $40 charge is kinda a big deal right now. I feel pushed aside by this company and will no longer use their product or support their company.

The product itself was fine. No better or worse than my usual skincare routine. The real problem is with the company. They make you jump through hoops to cancel, and I just found out that they have continued to charge me for months afterwards. I cannot stand these types of subscription services that are set up this way.

It’s a scam. Paid for shipping for free trials been days and still no word about it being shipped or anything. Not only this but im pretty sure they exposed my card information. I haven’t ordered anything online in month but as soon as i upload my card on their site I saw 4 different online transaction from clothing store and reaturants I never made. It’s fraud, they will use your card information.

The worse customer service I have ever received. I have been messaging them for weeks now about how I was ripped off with my curology cream that I only got to use 3 times because they didn’t fill it up all the way. I tried to reach them about 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks about my concerns with being ripped off and wasting my money for an empty bottle and I haven’t even got a response yet. It’s quite sketchy that they aren’t responding or even at least have sympathy for people. Yet I have gotten responses right away when I emailed them about changing my address. Really says a lot about people who clearly don’t know how to do their job and should just stay out of the field. I have never experienced something so unprofessional. Do not claim you care about your costumers if you dont have the decency to respond, quit your job.

Customer Service is the worst!! They take forever to reply and once you make a scene on social media they take down your info to make it seem like they're helping but nobody ever emails you. I love their products but I am very upset and how they neglect their customers. If you look at some of their Instagram comments, alot of people will comment the same experience, Customer Service simply does not respond.

This website is a scam. Refused to deliver after I gave credit card info. Slow response times and fake doctors. I would advise to stay away !!!!
