The product works! It is very effective. However the amount of profuct that comes in the bottle, specifically the customizable formula, it is just a scam because they comes in regular bottles, but in the inside of the bottle there is just a really, really small amount of product. When you open the bottler is almost nothing in the inside. Because of this, it's over in like 2 weeks. This is a very expensive product so it should have more product. For me they are scamming when they present to you a big bottle and then, inside, there is just a small space for the product, not even 2 inches deep!

Been using for two months now, and have not yet seen a difference. Am tring to trust the process for another month to see if it changes. Honestly, I had to stop the lip balm and makeup remover as it did not work to well for me. The lip balm dryed out my lips even more, and the make up remover still left makeup on my eyes. But must say they removed that off my order easily. Maybe in another month I can give a better review if I see positive results. And yes, I agree with other comments on the moisturizer quantity. Just is not enough.

I don’t have bad acne, I get pimples here and there and blackheads. So I wanted to up my skincare (as I was doing nothing). Took the test and told them I have oily skin. The cleaner leaves my face dry & peeling when I put the moisturizer on (very little) I look like I haven’t washed my face in months by the amount of oil is on my face. Haven’t seen any results with the blackheads. All in all just a waste of money.

I asked to cancel my subscription, I got no “trying to make me stay” or anything. Not even the customer service representative saying they will do it. I just got a random email saying it was cancelled. It just felt like they didn’t care. Still rating three stars due to the quickness.

I like the cleanser, moisturizer, and formula made for my skin, no complaints. However, I use acne spot patches from time to time but I tried these and they gave me a red patch from the adhesive or something. I also tried the micellar makeup remover (which I also use normally in different brands) and this one was so harsh on my eyes. It stung a lot. To be fair I do have sensitive skin but I normally don't react this way to similar products.

Works great very pricey, they only send $30 worth of products and they charge you double the price every 2 months when you haven't received 2 boxes Worth of products.

I will admit it does seem like my dark spots are fading. However, after 2 months I'm still breaking out with cystic acne. They said they would change the formula, but that after they already sent original formula. So I don't think I'll be ordering anymore ,in fact, will be canceling membership today.

I love their skincare products, they work great and are super gentle. The main issue is trying to get in contact with them, if you have a problem you have to email or text them. They take days to respond by email and never respond to a text. It’s so frustrating when you actually need assistance. Other than that I absolutely love the products, just wish they had better communication.
