Gave me cystic acne
Gave me cystic acne after using for two months, I've never had giant pimples before and got it mostly to even out my skin tone but it made my skin 20x worse then it ever looked, even when I was a teenager I never had that kind of acne. It was painful and embarrassing. After I stopped use it took about a month for my skin to return to normal. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Hi Angelica, I'm SO sorry that your skin has been flaring up after using Curology! It's not uncommon to experience a purging phase once you starting prescription products, and your skin can sometimes turn worse before it turns better as you adjust to the formula. It can often take 2-3 months before patients begin to see results with any prescription acne treatment, including Curology. Some do see results earlier, it differs from patient to patient. The company gives you only 12ml for the…
The company gives you only 12ml for the free trial bottle which last up to 3 weeks. I thought that was fair since it is sample. Then the 2 months supply bottle had only 24ml. That is not enough for you to apply to your face for 2 months. so you had to buy it earlier and this increase the cost for using curology. I also didn't see results but i gave it time, 60 days, still my face was getting worst and i looked up the ingredients and called my derma. it's better for me to get a $8 over prescription that is cheaper than do this virtual, look at my face photo that charges me $40 for a month really. Sorry folks, i'm be as honest as possible. that was my personal experience! I had high hopes to fixing my acne and gain confidence to continue be a subscriber but curology was not it for me.

Hi Gigi, I'm so sorry you've been unhappy with Curology! Our 12mL trial is meant to last 1 month, and our 2-month bottle holds 24 mL. We recommend applying a thin layer of formula in order to last you until your next shipment. Your provider is the best resource, so I would message them if your formula isn't working, as they will be more than happy to adjust it! the size is too small, there is a smaller bottle inside the actual bottle itself
If you look at the curology bottle, you would think it would last 2 months, but if you open it up, there is a smaller bottle inside which contains close to nothing amount of curology which would barely last a month. they said it would last 2 months but it only lasted 2 weeks, a lot of money for something the size of my thumb. the product works but the size is just not it. give me a bottle of curolgy that actually fills up the whole bottle and ill resubscribe.

Whatt happened?!!
I already ordered my curology bottle last month but hasn’t received it. I’ve waited patiently thinking that maybe they were going to send it late due to the COVID-19 but no I’ve waited almost a month and when I try to talk to a agent it won’t let me login to my account 💀!!

I purchased curology because of all the beautiful reviews it was getting from people with great skin. I had a cleanser that was working okay, but was still struggling with a lot of texture in my skin and since the product advertised as being a help in that area, I opted to try. BIG MISTAKE! I’ve been using this for only two weeks and am literally back to the worst breakouts that I haven’t had since high school. Black heads and a mysterious breakout line all over my nose, and more on my cheeks. So, I thought maybe it’s just the cleanser, and switched back to my other cleanser and kept using the medicine. No difference. I have continued to break out and am dropping the product today. It’s Definitley one of those birch box type bandwagons that try to cater to you with the idea of a free trial. Butt ,instead of being a product you try or would reuse like dollar shave club, it just sucks. You get this free trial for a product to jack up your skin, and then company says that it’s normal for that to happen. In my experience if I break out more, I shouldn’t use it.

HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE. Made my skin ten times worse. The people who consult aren’t even real dermatologists — they’re PAs pretending to be dermatologists. Fake. Stay away! Also they tell you that it takes 6-8 weeks to see any visible impact and within the first 3 weeks, there might be more acne. But the trial size only lasts for 2 weeks! And within those 2 weeks, all I got was acne! And more and more scars! So you don’t even know if it will work for you before you have to pay for it. What’s the point of the free trial then? Your skin will become worse. Don’t trust them. Horrible. Never going back.

It's also not uncommon to have an "initial breakout" when beginning prescription acne treatment, and your provider will be happy to give you suggestions. I purchased a free trial using my PayPal account for $5 just paying for shipping and handling. Somehow, the next month they charged my HSA account for $60 for product. I did not care for the product. I am more so upset that they charged an account that I did not give them access to. I am still confused as to how they received access to this account because that account is not linked to anything of mine whatsoever.
