My skin had a few pimples and blackheads and so I decided to try curology to see if it would help. It completely ruined my skin. I used it as instructed for almost 6 months, thinking that maybe my skin was just purging. But, no. I developed cystic acne and large blackheads all over my cheeks and nose. My cheeks are now full of cysts and scars. I'm now seeing a dermatologist and using multiple prescribed creams and antibiotics to clear up the issue. It's been almost a year now and my skin is still not the same. If you're having an issue, go to a dermatologist in person, they'll be able to actually examine your skin and recommend what will work for you.

i used it for 6 months and saw my acne get worse and i would run out of products so fast. it didn’t work for me and i switched to Rodan and Fields and in one day my skin looked almost all the way better.

For how expensive this product is ($40 for 2 months) you get literally almost no product. I used it for 2 weeks and it stopped pumping, and I thought for sure I couldn’t be out of product in such a huge bottle. I opened up the cap on the bottle thinking I would find a clog, Nope, it’s not even a bottle, theres a very small pouch inside of the very large “bottle” that holds maybe 2 tablespoons of product. They rip you off, they use the bottle as a cover of the very little amount of product to make it seem like you’re getting a good deal. Don’t even get me started about the sample $5 size they send you. You maybe, MAYBE get a teaspoon and a half.. to cover your face... for an ENTIRE month.

Horrible company tricks you into their expensive subscriptions! No way to cancel in the trial phase. The link is available after they charge you the first full bottle. Scum and scam. If the company would send you reminders of whether you want to continue or not. Im going to start posting all the bad reviews on Instagram since they have advertising there. I want a refund!

The products sting my skin for a few hours after use, and I read up on it and realized it does that when it is disrupting your natural skin barrier. I have stopped my subscription and will be going back to my old skin care routine.

I just received my curology package and as soon as I opened the box 100’s of ants came out and had food particles in their mouths. I’m am so disgusted and very disappointed and hoping to get my money back.

Had them for a good while, kept getting bottles what weren’t mixed right a chunky mess and insufficient amount to make it till the next prescription. The bottles stopped working on a constant it was such a hassle. The customer service about that issue was poor. They’ve know it’s an issue, I know they’ve had to replace many for many customers. What they wanted me to do was send the bottle back and send images but wasn’t offering to send me one in it’s place so that I could continue the prescription in the meantime. It just got exhausting. It did help my breakouts, yes. Would I say it’s a miracle, no. I’d rather go with another provider. Not worth the hassle, crappy customer service, and poor quality of product.

Lies, trickery and questionable products to charge for subscription anyway they can. 1st, provider wrote to me saying they will pause the subscription because their products have caused irritation. Asked whether to adjust the formulae, then closed the line of communication before I can respond, and continued to charge me for the subscription. Support is irresponsive and doesn't care whether their providers are just lying straight up. Also extremely questionable practices, making unsubscribing impossible to access and execute. Using every trick up their sleeve so they can trap customers into paying subscriptions against their will.
