I tried curology for about five months. I saw absolutely no change in my skin. The people who “work with you” to figure out a formula have no idea what they’re doing. I expressed that my skin was now just very oily and they told me to stop using the night cream every night so i began using it every other night and my skin just got way worse. Not to mention that they say the large bottles should last you two months but that is so far from the truth, even if you use them sparingly they only make it through one month at the most. This was an absolutely awful experience that cost way too much and was all around incredibly frustrating.

Does not work! Worst product ever! It costs a lot for it to not do anything! They will not cancel your subscription when you request it. You will keep getting a garbage product and they will not refund you or cancel your subscription. They are dishonest.

Y’alls products are trash. Y’all charged my girlfriend 60 without charging her for the prior months. She also broke out even more. Y’all products are the equivalent of rubbing bacon grease on my for head to cure my achine. You should rebrand your company as a cooking Grease company because that’s the only thing y’all are good at.

This company has the worst customer service. I received my kit the other day and the cleanser was broken and all over the place. Immediately contacted curology to no avail,two days ago? And yes they don't fill the bottles enough to last 30 days even the large size lasts only 30 days- I have to use Cevave cleanser in the evening because the curology cleanser was out and I used a tiny amount. They seem to not care- as they do nothing to rectify these issues. The company only seems to care about the acne formula. If that is the case then that is all they should sell and stop stressing us out.

Do not!!! I repeat DO NOT use curology! I barely had acne before I started using this brand and after about two weeks I started to get extremely bad acne and it just kept getting worse. I went online and found out that this was supposedly "normal" acne purging. This "purging" went on for way too long and was definitely not a purge. Curology gave me cystic acne and my skin has never looked worse, please do not make the same mistake I did and use this product. It is one of the worst decisions I have made.

I got the free-trial, and my acne is very minimal but I wanted to see if I could have a 'personalized' routine that may help. I have VERY dry skin and would NOT recommend Curology. I used the products as directed for three weeks and had to cancel today because I was over letting my skin dry up! I understand that the results are not immediate, and your skin needs to adjust. However, as soon as I would put on the moisturizers my skin would dry up- on contact, I kid you not. After three weeks my skin looks awful! I have texture to my skin that was not there before, dry patches everywhere, and skin so dry it looks slightly wrinkled. I regret replacing my original skin care routine with something that made my skin worse, and now I have to work at reversing the damage.

I did not remember signing up for an automatic renewal of my curology subscription and when they took money out of my account I was shocked waking up. I emailed their customer support at 7 in the morning asking to cancel the order. At 5 PM the order had shipped and was on its way and an email followed with a customer service representative telling me there was nothing they could do. This being my third curology order, the past two took days to ship so I believe this was intentional. What everybody says about the amount not lasting the full month is entirely true and a two-month bottle lasted me a month being frugal. Very disappointed in the ethics displayed by this company.

I recently purchased this product. The product itself is good. But the company's business practices are dishonest. They sell their products in increments in 30-day and 60-day supplies. If you follow the usage instruction the product should last 30 or 60 days depending on which product you purchase. I used their product based on their instructions. I ran out of active product a week earlier. My cleanser and cream last only 1/3 of the time. In other words, we are buying 30 and 60 day supplies, but they are sending 3 week and 6 week supplies. On their website the advertise the early renewal of their product. When I contacted them to let them know i ran out early, they told me it was based on my usage. If my usage is in accord with their instructions I shouldn't have run out early. In other words, they sell you one thing, but send you something else to artificially increase their sales. This is wrong and may be fraud on the consumer. It is very unfortunate because the product is decent, but I cannot purchase product from a company that takes advantage of its customers.
