I'm livid with the experience I've had. I was under the impression, based on the way the website explained, that the $64 ($67 and some change plus tax) two month subscription was to be divided into two monthly payments of $32 before tax. Instead I was charged a lump sum of $67 and because I didn't have enough money in my account since I wasn't expecting that charge I was penalized with a hefty overdraft fee ON TOP OF the $67 I was never expecting to get charged. In all I'm now down over $100, that was money that I needed. I'm very very upset that I trusted this company and took a chance on them. Like many other "too good to be true" sounding subscription services, they promise affordable pricing with misleading print and then take you for what they can.

Awful! My skin honestly wasn’t that bad, but during the pandemic stay at home order my face begun to flare up with small pimples and textures. I tried it out for 3 months and it made my face worse leaving me with post-acne scars!!! I stopped it immediately switching over to Cetaphil Daily cleanser, Origins super spot treatment and Murad clarifying oil-free water gel and my skin is healthier than ever! Be careful with Curology and save your money!!! It may work for some, but not for me!

Your piece of trash product broke me out, I can’t even look at myself in the mirror cause of how bad my skin is, I don’t even wanna go out anymore cause of you guys, I spend most of my time inside crying cause how bad my skin is, your guys fault, plus your costume service is terrible every time I do a complaint about my prescription you guys always come back with a stupid line saying “purging is necessarily, you’ll see clear skin in 6 weeks” it’s been 6 months and I don’t see any results other than the fact I have pimples all over my face.

I loved the trial of Curology and ordered the product again. I placed my order on 9/9/20 and as of today 9/23 today the product has still not arrived. I even placed the order before my subscription automatically shipped because I ran out of the trial product early. I contacted customer service twice and still have not had a response. Love the product but I will cancel my subscription because of the shipping and customer service issues. I don’t understand why they give you a month of product but don’t have the next bottle to you before you run out? Not a great subscription service setup. I have been out of product for over a week now.

I saw the free trial for curology, just paying $5 for shipping. I was always a user of ProActiv, but I thought I should maybe try something that seemed a little less abrasive and a bit more tailored to my skin. It’s been a week, and I’m going BACK to ProActiv today. My skin was in a great place before — now, I’m having breakouts like I haven’t had for years (since ProActiv has always kept those at bay). I’m very disappointed at the lack of efficiency in this product — it doesn’t even seem like it’s doing anything to my skin (besides making me more susceptible to breakouts).

My story is a lot like most of the reviews here. I did the free trial and fell in love with my formula so I went ahead and got the subscription. I ran out so quick! I want to say my subscription bottle lasted me a week and a half. I ordered the monthly subscription and it didn’t make any sense to me why I was already out of formula for the remainder of the month. I used the amount my “specialist” told me to use at night. I unscrewed the bottle only to find out that less than half of formula was in the bottle. I paid $20 for maybe 30% of usable product. This is a complete scam.

I can't fully comment on the product because I've only been using it for about a month. I canceled my subscription base off an interaction I had with their customer service and issues with incorrect shipment. I wanted a product that required an upgrade to the more expensive larger formula bottle. I reluctantly ordered to only not receive the product I upgrade it for. At first they refused to send my product until my next package which was 2 months away. "Unfortunately, we don't yet have the ability to send out replacements of just our emergency spot patches. As an apology for the inconvenience, I've applied a $4.95 credit to your account. This will cover the cost of your emergency spot patches in your next shipment." Then made it seem like by correcting their issue it was something special they were doing for me just this one time and throwing in something free. "All shipments are checked by different team members through multiple stages of the shipping process for quality assurance. However, as we are an all-human team, errors can occur. To make up for this, I've removed the $4.95 credit and instead, made a 'one-time exception' and added a 'free' replacement shipment of emergency spot patches for you." When I finally receive my replacement package and it was incorrect yet again. The interaction was very in genuine and made me feel very undervalued as a customer. If this is how they respond to a simple issue I shutter to think what would happen if a bigger one ever arose. I personally don't trust they have there customer's best in mind.

I enjoyed the products somewhat the first two times I purchased it. The reason why I’m giving this a negative review is because recently I moved and my job just ended (I’m a contractor) before I did I cancelled my subscription. But two days ago I received a charged on my account that put it in the negative and when I explained to customer service that I was pretty sure I cancelled my subscription because I was out of work and the item was shipped to the wrong address so I wouldn’t receive it anyway they just told me that there was nothing they could do since the item already shipped. If they had gotten back to me sooner then maybe it wouldn’t have but maybe they just wanted an excuse. Either way it’s safe to say that I am absolutely done with this company and don’t plan on purchasing from them again.
