I love that you can postpone shipments almost like a ‘skip a month’ for subscriptions without having to resub. When i experienced issues with my subscription and shipment, their customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation which was partially out of their control, refunding me for the charge and allowing my subscription to keep rolling as before, truly a stellar example of a company with great customer service which is especially refreshing in the world of subscription based services! Will be keeping my membership with curology for years to come!

I managed to expedite a shipment instead of rescheduling it. I contacted a team member via their text line (very convenient!) and they were very prompt in their communication and service in issuing a refund :)

Definitely makes a difference. I struggle with acne & scarring but Curology is a great path to take for bettering skin health & confidence. 100% worth it

Curology provides value to its customers and accessible skin care for those who can’t afford to see a dermatologist out of pocket. I have had troubled skin since teenhood, and I’m really happy I can get my skin care needs met for such an affordable price. I have had a great experience when working to modify my formulas to my own skin goals. Their service reps are also friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to customize their skincare experience! Plus their freebie incentives are really nice.
