I have been using Curology since January and have not notice ANY changes within my face. The new treatment they gave me completely is drying out my face and lotion is not even working. I plan to cancel my subscription and using my own skin care treatment instead. It’s too expensive to NOT work. Extremely unhappy.

It broke my face out and they act like you’re only paying for a trial, but then charged me $80 for product I cannot use.

I have been using curology for 6 months and have had four formula changes. I have done everything they have told me to do, yet my skin had gotten extremely worse since starting. My acne is to painful and abundant now that ti hurts to wash my face, moisturize, or put on makeup. I'm now embarrassed to go out in public without a mask covering my face. If this new formula does not help this month, I am going to cancel my subscription

Skin products smelled so bad, so I contacted Curology, but they said it is normal. I do not think it is normal because my skin breaks terrible and red bumps are everywhere. I've been seeing my dermatologist now and it is getting better. I do not recommend this product and the way they treat a customer.

i found curology through the ads and thought to try it, hoping it would clear my acne. using it for a few weeks, i noticed little to no improvement but every review said to wait it out and that it takes a couple months. i ended up using curology for almost 2 years with absolutely no overall improvement in my skin. not only was my acne worse from when i started but my skin was oily. i finally ended my subscription (which was insanely expensive for bimonthly useless products) about 6 months ago and it was the best thing i could do for my skin. i started using cerave and differin and now my skin is pretty much clear. you're honestly better off with drugstore products than this ripoff.

This product is trash that messes up your skin. Why does curology not have these reviews on their website to help others to not make the same mistake that I did. My skin looks so much better since I put these products where they belong in the trash.

I received a free trial of Curology complimentary for testing purposes. I was excited to try curology but it turned out to make my skin 10x worse than what it had been. First, the cleanser and moisturizer are very basic. The cleanser is similar to CeraVe or Cetaphil which I know already don’t work for my skin and I feel like Curology’s cleanser is just private labeled of one of those brands. The moisturizer I believe you pick dry or oily skin but you don’t really know exactly what’s in it. Only the cream formula is customized. My skin is not sensitive and I don’t usually experience a “purge” period when incorporating a new product but with Curology I did big time. Right before receiving, I found a holy grail product that was working well for my skin and using Curology set my skin back very far. I pushed through 2 months and decided I had enough and stopped using. I had new problem areas that I had never really broke out in before and had many, many more white heads than normal. I was not feeling good about myself and had a really hard time with self image because of this. My skin was all broken out and super oily. I reached out to the dermatologist to share that my formula was not working and they said to just keep using it soooo that was cool that they weren’t very helpful. My custom formula did not have any of the normal, and common acne fighting, ingredients that I use that actually helps my skin like salicylic acid or peroxide. The quiz you take for them to make your formula does not ask what ingredients you’ve found helpful for your skin and I think they should especially if someone knows what has worked in the past and what hasn’t. My custom formula included niacinamide which I knew didn’t work for my skin and 2 other ingredients that I had never heard of before pertaining to acne . After stopping and going back to my newfound holy grail product, my skin cleared right up within 2 weeks and has been less problematic on a consistent basis. Curology is worth it did not work for me in the slightest bit, actually the very opposite, it made my skin 10x worse. I’m sure it works for some people but I would not recommend.

I tried out curology for a month and it didn't work any magic like the advertisements said they would so I canceled my subscription. Then I got charged for another month. Curology has no customer service that will actually respond to you except a number you can text. They take 10 minutes to reply each time. After I finished talking to them they refuses to cancel the fraudulent charge even though I previously cancelled and they even told me that even though I cancelled it that the charge is already processed so no refund. Garbage service and snake oil product. I had to contact my bank to blacklist curology from charging my account because curology refused to cancel my subscription. Also, it is obvious that they flag all bad reviews they can to try and control their reputation. They will probably respond back saying they're sorry and list a customer service contact that I have already tried. PLEASE AVOID ALL CUROLOGY PRODUCTS. They just want your money...
