I liked the initial customer service and end. I liked how the products seemed gentle. I Loved there persistence in following up and Timely response and problem solving. I disliked that I was charged way more then what I was quoted all of a sudden. I disliked the quality of the products, it was nothing great or exciting. I also did not like my response from my specialist after asking if the product was working for me or not. I understand some things don't work for everyone, but I don't really recommend. I do believe it would work for some people and will not try to knock someone from doing so...

I tried this because I had wanted to for a long time, and they were offering my first month free. I got the samples and the formula ran out after 2 uses (4 or 5 pumps) which was pretty disappointing. I used the amount as instructed with the formula and the other products and they all ran out in very different times. The moisturizer was gone after about 2 weeks, the cleanser a week after that, and I JUST ran out of the body wash a few days ago (It’s been a month and some change). I still have the lip balm, which I really love. That being said, I didn’t get a full feel whether the product would work for me or not. My body acne does seem a little better, but it’s hard to tell because I’m still getting some pimples and the other existing acne is still healing.. I ordered the kit again. I really wanted to give it a good hard try, but just before I ordered, the price of the formula went up and it was already pushing it with affordability for me. So I just got more body wash, and the cleanser and moisturizer because they all seem pretty appropriately priced to me and as the body wash is the only thing I’ve used consistently, I want to keep going to see if it’s better a couple months from now. I think if that’s the case, I’ll definitely order again and I’ll probably order the formula. We’ll see, I’m not giving up!

The doctors and the app is great but the amount of product you get for the price you pay is ridiculous. I started with the month trial and it lasted 2 weeks and I was being sparring. I purchased the actual product thinking I would get a normal amount and although it is a 3 month supply, it looks the same amount as the trial! I emailed support and they said “use a thin amount and order earlier if you run out” but there is no way to make it last 3 months if you use it every day. Just seems like a way to make you buy it faster. I won’t be buying again despite how much I liked the doctor.

The Curology Acne Cleanser was very light. I really liked this because it did not feel rough on my skin. I did not however enjoy the scent. It was very strong.

I suffer from cystic and hormonal acne so I decided to give Curology a try. The consultation was pretty good and my products arrived fine and they did work to a point. I did experience a lot of purging but was told that was normal. It never took my acne completely away either. It was a bit pricey as well. I do like how the doctors look at your photos and such. What I didn’t like was that I was told that I should try Accutane. When I told the doctor I didn’t want to try Accutane because I am diagnosed with depression and was always told Accutane should not be an option for me, I got a response to contact a S****** help line ASAP. I was taken back by this as I am not sure why a doctor would tell me to contact a S****** Help Line based off of their recommendation. It was offensive to me and bothered me. I was perfectly fine but was offended by that comment. I stopped my subscription based off of that and the price and the fact that it didn’t help completely. However, I would have stayed a bit longer if not for the comment about my depression.

i started using curology back in 2020, and it worked so well. i had terrible acne, and i was getting extremely insecure. i started using it after my sister had been on it and was doing well for her so i gave it a chance. it worked so well my skin was cleared after using it for six months. i usually would recommend it to people, but i recently cancelled my subscription (2 months ago), after being on it for 2 years. once it hit the year and a half mark, my skin is slowly becoming worse. i’ve been breaking out so much more, and having a lot more redness? also they gave so much product.. i still have 2 bottles that haven’t been opened. i wish i learned to develop a routine than depend on curology. now that my skin is becoming bad again, im very lost on where to go next. so if you’re thinking about using curology, i say do not because the end result will lead you to go back to square one.

It is overall nice skincare but can take a lot of time. I been using for around 2 and a half months now and it’s not getting worse or better. The overall change I see is softer skin, but I still have acne. The price is a little expensive but it’s nice I can at least edit the box and only get what I need. The product can be a bit small though because I use it up at least a week before next shipment. Going to give it another couple months and if no change I’ll probably quit.

I've been using Curology since the end of November 2022, so for about 6 weeks or so I guess. I like that the products are supposed to be customized to your skin care needs. I like that the provider is very responsive and seems like she is trying to help. I do not like that if your products are changed due to skin worsening or a change in product is needed; they advise you to continue with the products you have and they will adjust the prescription for the next shipment. My skin has been worse since using the program. I was advised not to use any other products while using this program, and i did not. My skin is still suffering. I don't want to continue to use a product that is worsening the problem with the possibility of paying for the next shipment and it may or may not work. The concept is good, but the actual plan is not.
