I used cureology products for almost a year and I loved how they worked on me . But their customer service is completely disappointing and the fact that they are supposed to be reliable and helpful to their customers and are not , bothers me a lot and I’m sure of other people to who had this experience . I never received my products and is been almost week that I wrote emails at this point I just want to know how I can get my money back , if they don’t reply in a day or two I’ll cancel for sure .

It's illegal to keep charging but not ship the items. I can see via tracking that the items were never sent to UPS yet they still keep charging me. Completely illegal to do, and whatever HCPs they hire are at risk of regulatory discipline for this practice. Hint: All you have to do is report them to your state's regulating body.

Curology is a scam! They sent my order but never arrived and when I contacted them for help they completely ignored me. They didn't ignore my payment... Customer support has ruined the entire experience. This company is not worth it. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back and mark the charge as scam since it never arrived.

I received this product to test for free & I can honestly say it’s horrible. It broke me out so bad & I followed all the directions. I do not recommend for anyone with sensitive skin AT ALL!!

Horrible when someone cancels they immediately take money from your account and won’t send anything to you for doing so. Thumbs down 👎 overall

Stop stealing peoples money!! Give me back my 85$ you wrongful took from my account. I don’t have a box from you guys but if one ever shows up, I’ll gladly return to sender!

The product didn't work for me but that was no big deal. The real problem is the customer service. Customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no way to call them, only text or email. My subscription was supposed to have been canceled when all of a sudden I got an email from PayPal that Curology charged me. Curology never sent me an email that they would be doing so. I contacted Curology immediately but no one contacted me back until the next day after my box already shipped. They insisted that I contacted them too late and they could not refund my money. Even though I reached out before it shipped. They said my subscription was only paused and not canceled and refused to give my money back. But said they had now canceled it for me. When I offered to return the product once I got it they stopped replying so I made a claim with PayPal. PayPal informed me that my subscription was still active after all this and they had to cancel it on their end. After I made the claim a supervisor with Curology reached out to me stating that now because I have made the claim they could now no longer refund my money since it was out of their hands. Acting as if they weren't refusing to do so to begin with. They are a SHADY company and I am still waiting to get my $85 back for a product that does not work, I do not want, and will not use.

My skin has only gotten worse and I get generic responses. It is clear that this company is not geared towards an individual's specific needs.
