I used Curology for the last couple of months and my skin was so red and inflammed to the point of actually having burned areas on my face, neck/chest. I sought medical attention and the doctor said the ingredients would not only do nothing to help my skin, but there were a great deal of exfoliant/acid products. Even after letting Curology know that my skin was burned and I had to seek medical attention - they would not give me a refund because the product was made "especially for me!" See a doctor - do not order this product.

Honestly, Curology is a scam. They wanted me to pay $80 a month plus shipping charges for stuff that really doesn't work on acne (My custom formula was Niacinamide, Azelaic Acid and Clindamyicin (antibitoics??)). What they put in their 'prescription' formula is stuff readily available at CVS or Walgreens for much, much cheaper. In fact, everything that Curology tries to sell you is! I would recommend actually going to a dermatologist rather than waste money on this load of trash.

I had a very bad experience with curology. Even after giving them everything they needed ( my medication history, my previous skin treatment etc) they still put me on the medication other that before (which was helpful). They say you can see some difference in 2 months. I have a very bad acne, they got worse in the three months of using their formula. I stopped using it for 2 weeks amd there was visibly better condition of my face. Still, I decided to see a local dermatologist. Also, they are not customer friendly. I stopped using it 2 weeks before the shipping but I didn't realize that I canceled my membership after they shipped my package. I emailed them regarding taking that package back even before it was delivered to me as I don't need it anymore and issue me a refund. But they never responded. I made that payment with debit card. I couldn't even reverse the transaction. I never got any reply on that email. Choosing curology was the worst decision I ever made. It costed me my money and my skin health. It's better to see a dermatologist in person.

I used Curology products for over a year and they worked pretty well for me. However, I was charged 11/18 for my next shipment and received an email saying it had shipped. However, when I click the link to track shipment, all the UPS website has said for the last couple few weeks is that it has received order information. My Curology account says the estimated delivery date is 12/2 but it's the 10th and there have been no updates. I sent 7 very nice emails every day for a week, asking for an update and have received no response other than an auto confirmation that the emails were received. Not sure what changed with Curology, but very disappointed and not ok with paying for product that I never received.

After a week my initial shipment is still sitting somewhere waiting to be be shipped. My tracking number says EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER. It hasn't changed since the day my tracking number became available. It is December 10 and my full treatment is scheduled to ship on January 1st. How am I supposed to know if it works and I like the treatment if it's still sitting in a warehouse? This seems like a scam in the biggest degree. They've charged my credit card and I've received nothing. I can't even change my shipment date for the next treatments. It's all blocked out. They also started me on the lowest tretinoin, knowing I was already on a compound prescription that included a tretinoin and my skin can handle a higher level. But ok. Sure. Drag it out to make me buy more. At least send me some product. Let me try it. Geez.

See a real dermatologist in person. After 8 months of using Curology my face became worse. I ended up seeing an actual dermatologist today, and she said that three out of the four ingredients in my formula would not do anything for my condition. That includes one ingredient that was tweaked by the Curology provider to "help" my worsening acne. Don't waste your time and money.

My skin was a little dry and I had bad black heads. I decided to give curology a shot. I can’t lie, did it help, yes. For the first 4 months it made my skin amazing. But then… I have horrible breakouts now. Deep cystic acne that keeps coming out again and again. You guys, I never had acne!!! Even as a kid! I’ve stopped using Curology but the damage is done. It’s been 10 months since I stopped and my skin is ruined. So much acne, and nothing helps. Belive me, I messaged them when it only started happening. They upped something in the formula, charged me and sent it my way. My skin became dry again. They don’t actually personalize it for you. Every bottle has the same ingredients, they just play around with the amount they put in of each ingredient and boom, it’s personalized?! It’s a scam. My skin is worse then it ever had been in my life.

BUYERS BEWARE ! I hate this company ! I ordered the trial few days ago. Plus the recurring monthly subscription ! I seen the care plan. All i was going to get was a night cream. I was shocked. I asked to cancel my subscription because i was disappointed. Also to delete my photos. This woman just REFUSES to delete my photos. She said it was medical records and she will Never delete them. 😡because i NEVER even started anything. I never even got the stupid trial. I canceled everything after i seen the care plan. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES ! BUYERS BEWARE !
