The fact that this product made me break out even more and irritated my skin sums up about everything. As well as they charge you 80 for another subscription without notifying you period. This brand does not work on all skin types and is all a hype to advertise and market so they can profit from you being so gullible.! Sorry not sorry!

This product broke my chin and face out I've never been so embarrassed of my skin at this point .I should of continued using proactive.U am working on clearing up my skin.I used curology for about a month then I noticed the itching then the horrible breakout their product is trash...

I don’t like it’s not for me. It’s not a pleasant smell. I tried to cancel and still got changed! Please cancel and refund my money. I afford this! It went to trash. I need a refund!

My Curology Story Hello, I have used Curology in the past and for over two years at one point. So, I am not a phony customer but a real genuine long-term customer who has used the product and dealt with the company. I have not too much wrong with the product, however, my experience with their customer service team may shed a light on what their true company values are. I used Curology for one year straight and then found out, that I wasn’t needing to use it as much. So, I decided to cut back and then called the team and told them, however, they still sent me an extra bottle the next month and charged me. I really didn’t like this move, so I told them. They said that since the “formula” had been specially made, it could not be returned. I understood that and figured I would use the product anyway so I didn’t think much of it. I still loved the company and I would recommend it to all my friends. Within three months of me using the product, ten of my friends all had continual service of products from Curology. I had started noticing that my moisturizer was running out quicker than the other two products. I noticed this right from the beginning, but after a long time, I realized it was an issue. So, I tried to cut back. But it soon came apparent that you just needed more moisturizer. I let the company know via phone and they assured me that this was not the case. Well, it turns out that if I wanted more moisturizer, I would have to order the whole set again. Interesting. I didn’t really like that move at all and so I thought it over a few months. I found another brand (Neutrogena), which worked just as good and I decided to just go with that. I had really liked the service and professionalism of the company of Curology, that’s partly why I stuck with them and recommended them to all my friends, and other people as well. I recommended Curology just as much as other companies that I love, such as Dr. Squatch and Thursday Boots. However, I will never recommend them again, after this happened. So, it was right after I called them up on the phone and canceled. Everything was done and then, the next month, I see a charge from Curology on my bank statement. The box never came because it was hooked up to an old apartment I had since moved out of, but again, that’s why I canceled it and didn’t update my new address. I was mind-boggled and called the company. They told me that I never canceled and so I told them again, please cancel my membership. They said they did. Another month passes, again, another charge. At this point, I was irritated and so I emailed this time so I would have some proof. They said that there was nothing they could do, since the “formula” was specially made just for me. I requested a refund with nothing but the same generic email back. Maybe I would expect this if I was a new customer or perhaps a Karen or Ken. But I wasn’t. I was just a normal Joe who has loved Curology and had been with them for years! I had recommended to countless people and when this happened to me, 6 of my friends still used Curology. Well, I decided that they obviously didn’t value commitment or brand loyalty so I decided to let them go and not only stop recommending it, but tell people my experience of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy with a dedicated 2-year long customer who will never go to Curology again. I told my friends this story and they have since switched to other brands. Every time someone asks me about my complexion, I always tell them my brand of choice, and then I will tell them about this story I had with Curology. Many of the agree that customer service and brand loyalty are important things for a company to track and to be understanding and empathetic towards. Curology may seem like family friendly company but they don’t give care and they care way more about their precious money than about you. That will never be a company that I admire or look up too, but boy, I sure used too. Could be a change in management or something else, but whatever they had in the beginning, they lost it or maybe it was never there. But here’s my story. It’s been shared on Facebook, as well as many other platforms. If you are looking for a good skincare routine, there are so many other options, Curology is not one of them. - TR

Curology is a totally fraudulent company!! Do k no it but their products. They will also rip you off and take your money, so I advice you very carefully watch your bank statements!! I was charged two lots of $72 after my subscription had been cancelled and even after handing all the correct evidence from my bank and having numerous emails back and forth, they wrote me another email and said, “we can’t trace that take it up with your bank”!!! Rubbish products and a true rip off company.

This company is a scam to get you into these subscription services. Customer service is a joke. Read all the negative reviews before getting involved in this or any other subscription services. They are all designed to separate you from your money and get you to order products you don't need.
