Scam. I didn't approve the second charge. They still shipped the product and refusing to accept it back. And refusing to refund

I signed up and received my sample set by mail. The questions were unnecessarily invasive about my medical history! When I liked the lip balm and requested to buy additional ones in my next monthly subscription box, I was told NO. And then my subscription was cancelled. The customer service is simply terrible!

It does work and the moisturizer helps hydrate the skin without cloaging pores. But I DO NOT like the fact that the ance cream inside container is 1/3 the actual bottle size. They have a fake advertising product. If I buy something at full price I want a complete bottle. It's a costly product and they don't allow you to select your subscription. It not worth $70 the expense and rip off.

They shipped my product by DHL/USPS in temperatures in the 90’s and even though it was shipped from a place 2 hours away it took a week. The product inside the box was 108 degrees while the outside of the box was 98 degrees (IR thermometer since I had already messaged them about how long it was in transit). The storage instructions indicate no higher than 77 degrees. For the inside of the box to be so much hotter than the outside likely meant it had been really hot for a while previously. There was no effort to package it to provide any insulation nor did they choose a reasonable transit time shipping option. Their response to the likely compromised product was to shake it up so the separated ingredients could recombine. They indicated they test their product at room temperature but have no control over shipping time and gave me a $10 future order credit. They can and should have more control or options over the shipping option and packaging as all my vaccine purchases are packed with an frozen gel pack (typically+$5) in an styrofoam box with 2 day shipping that often is overnight not a week and arrive cool. The vaccine shippers ship early in the week and not on a Thursday so it includes a weekend. Curology give you no option for shipping method and selected the slow choice for my product. I am disappointed with their choices and their reluctance to offer to replace the product that has not been tested under high heat conditions. I am on the fence about how well it works for me even when shipped under the best conditions.

Won't even let me sign up and nobody will help me.

Whole entire time curology has been CHEATING ME out of my moneys worth of product. They've been charging me for 2 boxes BUT ONLY SHIPPING 1 BOX and I am currently missing 2 boxes. I sent a text & Email regrading my concern about the situation and they have yet to reach back out to me but that's okay because I'm going to get my money back one way or another.

I did not authorize for you guys to take any payments out of my account! I will take legal action if necessary, I have never used curology nor have I put any interest into subscribing for these products. I am very appalled by this incident. If it is not taken care of I will resort to other options, this is absolutely BS!!!

The messaging is very nice. First time using it. I got a message that they sent me the wrong one and then I got a second batch and my face flare up. I have eczema really bad. I stopped using the product it's making my face swollen skin very scabby and bleeding. Sally, disappointed. I was just need help. I will not buy this purchase item again
