I ordered 2 cars on order #1983870
I ordered 2 cars on order #1983870. When I saw the order was listed as 4 ii immediately sent an email mail telling them I only wanted 2. They billed. E for 2 then after they mailed 4 they charged me for the other 2. They also mis led me about the size. These are not the size in the add.i got scared. When I try to fill you a form about this i keep getting kicked out of the cite!!!!one of the ones is damaged also.

Corrected order
I made a mistake and accidentally ordered two sets. I asked if one could be deleted and the response was immediate. I was so pleased they canceled the one order and refunded my money. I have to tell you I was really surprised at how easy it was.

Product did not work!
I am assuming you are referencing the hoverball pro. I bought two. When they finally got here, neither one worked. I followed all the instruction on charging but they never worked at all, it would not turn on, not even for a second! It took me a while to find out how to contact the company but finally I sent my request for a refund. To your credit, you quickly refunded my payment and apologized for the problem. Sid Alexander
