They misrepresented the product
They misrepresented the product. I did not receive what l expected in my order. But Customer Service was excellent and gave me a full refund.

Quick cancellation and refund.
I mistakenly ordered the same item twice. I sent an email asking to cancel the order. I received a prompt reply that the order was canceled. In less than 24 hours I received an email stating my money was refunded. Great, quick customer service.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY WHAT YOU SEE BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU GET
The product that I saw Advertised was not what I received. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT I GOT FALSE ADVERTISING. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED IT FROM A DOLLAR STORE. NOOOOOO MORE WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY.

I received the magic ball but the usb…
I received the magic ball but the usb didn’t fit into ball so I wrote a email and in the same day got a reply and organised a refund

Ordering to receiving???
When I first ordered the product I expected six to ten days to receive the product. Instead it took almost twenty days. That seems rather excessive for a package of less than a pound to come from Chicago IL to Columbia SC co by USPS. Having said that the product was very well made and easy to use. Had it not taken so long in shipping I would have given five stars.

Disappointed
I ordered a product on 8/23/26. I still have not received it The tracking number vanished. The cost of the product has been debited from my account.

I made a purchase with Curiovas that didn’t meet my expectations for what I needed it for. I told them I wanted to return the purchase, and they graciously refunded my money with no questions asked. Their response was they were sorry the product didn’t meet my needs. Thank you Curiovas for my prompt refund.
