Everything went well

On January 27, I ordered the 2-in-1 Magnetic Cars that transform into a flying dragon for my grandson’s birthday, which was on February 15. As of today, February 19, I haven’t received it, even though I received a notice early in February that it was on the way. When I went to track it today, there was a message stating that it was returned to sender as undeliverable due to weather conditions in my area, even though it was supposedly at my local post office. My address information was correct, so there shouldn’t have been an issue. I have sent an email to Curiovas regarding this nondelivery, and am waiting for a reply. I have requested a refund, but from other comments, I see that I may hopefully receive a refund without any communication. Fingers crossed.

Bought a drain cleaner that does nothing like advertised. All they sell are dreams.

Not happy with the no buckle belt, so I paid for the postage and returned it. Communication is practically nonexistent with this company. Asked for a refund more than once, and ……. Nothing? How hard is it to answer and email? Never again.

Easy product availability. Interesting product choice for children unique toy.
