The products arrived a little later than I had hoped, but the grandsons loved the cars to dragon transformers. The dinosaur blanket is bright and soft. Now there is message on site that the 3 D appearance is just for selling

my experience with this company was almost a 5 star however the one issue I found annoying was when ordering I found I had purchased two items instead of one. The reason? I had pressed the return button on the bottom of the page instead of exiting and after doing that it told me I had purchased two. The rest of the experience was good, time spent in transit was good and the item was exactly as promised and operated how the advertising had presented it to be.

I previously sent an email to your customer service department to advise that what I received was not complete! I ordered three pairs and only received 3 individual pieces instead of six. Can someone please respond. Margie Scherer

Gift for great grandson Pretty sure he’ll be amazed at its transformation from two small cars into a dragon! I know I was!

The product is not what I expected; it appears smaller than what I saw on your website, the item was displayed in a carry box, I received a small box. Additionally, the box was damaged, and the item was loose inside. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product; looks very cheap, and its not what was advertised is very deceiving. Could I please get a full refund that includes postage fees? Kindly provide the return instructions and the address where I can send the item. I have tried contacting your support team with no reply...

I have not received my order. I typed in my complete address with my order, your company edited my address and received removed my apartment number. There are 7 buildings in this campus they all have the same address , buildings are signified by a letter, you removed mine from the address. There is no communication among buildings. You need to find my order and send to building R #516. Jeffrey Wolf
