Easy site to navigate, received product in a very timely manner. Had tracking number provided. The most stand out item was the personalized message included with contact information. You rarely get that type of service these days.

customer service. I did a bunch of research and every seller couldn't answer questions I had. I called Curien directly and ordered the next day because they were helpful, polite, and even gave me a discount code.

I saw Curien. N2 Neuron on several YouTube channels of respected technicians. Got tele# from website, talked personally with Joshua Carton. Great rep, responded to questions I had in a PROMPT manner! Struck a deal. I now have in possession a N2 Neuron kit. Looking forward to it's benefits. Thank you.

Curien is a company that stands by their products. I didn't think much about the review I left here, but Curien LLC went out of their way to find out what my problem was. Since then I've grown to love the brand 1000% more. Curien understands that using multimeters can be difficult and not everyone is comfortable with using a multimeter. I love the fact that Curien responds to customer feedback and actually wants to talk to the end user. Too many companies today are quick to say "I don't have time for, talk to this guy".

Joseph, as per the Facebook post reply this is definitely bad news and we take responsibility for it. The tablet is a Samsung on the inside but is not intended to be that old, it is possible that you received one that is a little older, but we are more than happy to replace it or refund you the tablet. The purpose of this particular tablet (all specs are as listed) is so that the Neuron can operate on the most stable os for it and be available for those that do not have or want to use their own device. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and honest. Please call or text Joshua Carton for help with this. 5622173974 also please note absolutely no where did we state a new “Galaxy tablet” as per our Messages I do hope you understand there is zero intent to scam or harm you or anyone else. If you or anyone else feels the tablet is not what they need or want we will 100% accept returns of the product and provide a return label.

Every time I have ordered from Curien, they have always exceeded my expectations! Sometimes it's throwing something additional in my package and other times it's with a handwritten note. Actually, there has always been a handwritten note! Honestly, they are an incredible company with outstanding customer service.
