Michael, thanks for your follow up! We shipped your unit on the 24th but we noticed that the tracking shows no status available. We appreciate you letting us know so we can follow up and make this right! I honestly think a phone call or email would have been a better way to get a response, but this works. If we don’t get any response from the post office by Monday you will get a new unit sent then. My cellphone number is 562.217.3974 feel free to call or text me anytime. I suggest texting as I can reply later if I am unable to answer immediately. - Josh

Gustavo, just checked in on your shipment and we packed it and shipped it but it’s waiting for pickup from USPS. Being a holiday I will hand deliver it to USPS personally if there is no pick up tomorrow. My cell phone number is 562-217-3974. My name is Joshua Carton and I am one of the owners. Call or text me anytime with questions or concerns. Best,

Donald, Thank you for your message. I am terribly sorry about the delay in your shipping. As you may know the parasitic draw tester was announced and launched this weekend. your order is set to go out before the weeks end. We have been playing catch up on this and apologize for any inconvenience. Please call Joshua Carton's cell phone with any questions and he will take care of your needs: 562.217.3974
