I got this pad for my knee. It really improved my knee but you must be consistent and patient and, if so, you will achieve the necessary results. The reason I didn't give it a five star was because the controller malfunctioned before the year was up. It took quite awhile before I got a new controller which meant I had to go without the pad for a few weeks. But now I'm back to using the pad and my knee can definitely tell the difference. Good product!!!!

Easy ordering/check out process. The website is easy to navigate and has a streamlined list of products available. I like to read reviews of products I purchase online as I think it's helpful in making decisions. I do remember getting an email confirmation when I placed my order; however, I did not receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
