From the time I ordered to delivery this company was in contact with me. They quickly expedited my order. My husband tore the tendon to his bicep. He looked like popeye. Used the red light for 20 minutes and again before he went to bed. The next morning 90% of the black and blue were gone. He is using it several times a day with a lot of improvement in his bicep. He went to PT prior to receiving this and they would not help him. Thank you for this great product.

I love this pad! I had used a flashlight style of infrared light. It was what made me look to infrared healing. This pad is a huge step up for my knee injury and our son loves it for his back. I can feel the improvement!
