I over spent because of the sales technique. I have gotten more responses from Realm (and Intense) than this. It's OK but I am not sure the price of the entire system (over $200.00) was worth the items rec'd. Does not seem to stay around long (almost everything the ad says it does).

Have tried to get a refund to no avail. The spray bottle doesn't work well, leaks, gave a rash and they just keep offering a small percentage back and me keep the bottle. I don't want a bottle that doesn't work well and the chemicals gave me a rash. Oh, and chemicals.. it was delivered in a HAZMAT bag. really? Yes. Terrible service and now they wont answer the emails.

I purchased the Cupids 3.0 it was on sale by 2 for 39.95 each and get one Bottle free. I contacted costumer sent screenshots of the of my purchase that I was charged incorrectly. I did get a reply back and said they will be looking into it. They never fixed the incorrect amount that I was charged incorrectly.The amount I was charged was 129.44.

The ordering process is a bit aggravating, having to watch additional sales pitches, but once the order was completed everything went fine. I really like the smell but, my wife only noticed when I brought it to her attention. She did like the smell, but no fireworks!
