I ordered back in mid July. Shipping says the product reached US customs. An email to and from their customer service was polite and they confirmed my order and confirmed it was in Customs. It's STILL in customs and it's been 3 weeks. They are already trying to charge based on a subscription but I blocked it since I've never received the first shipment.
