The product I received, once I finally received it was excellent. I really like the fragrances and so does my lady. But the shipping was more than double what they said it was going to be. Although customer service did return my initial email assuring me that my product was on the way, I didn't get updated of its progress as much as I would have liked. Also there was a issue with the wording in my emails they said I was getting an older outdated product when I specifically had ordered the new one. They cleared that up it was a typo or an error or something but I got the correct product only after some confusion. So to summarize great product poor shipping and customer service was marginal.

This stuff is for real. The women loved it, I kept getting questioned on what I was wearing.

Smells pretty good, and a little goes a long way. What makes it lose a star is the constant “secret” offers to be in a subscription based platform, which to me is not needed. Unless you are drowning yourself with the cologne on a weekly basis, a subscription supply is not warranted… at all.

I just made a purchase, and let me tell you-it was a wild ride. I expected a smooth transaction, but the site’s interface was clunky, and the checkout process felt like a maze. The product arrived on time, but the packaging was a joke-it looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry. The item itself was decent, but not worth the hassle. I’d give it a 3 out of 5 for the product, but the experience as a whole was a 2. Next time, I’ll stick to stores with better customer service.
