Quick response and issue resolved!

I never received the product. I contacted the company and they wanted a picture of our mailboxes so they could investigate why I never received the package. I sent that. They promised a reply within 24 hours. 5 days later, no reply. Do not buy this product! I never received it and they have not refunded the money although I have contacted numerous times requesting help.

Maxime has received my order numbers Tracking #'s and as soon as the products are received will follow thru with credit back to my account. Thank you Maxime for keeping a keen eye out for processing my return.

Update to following review. I did hear back from them and they did refund my order. Ineffective, I did use it for a month not the 90 day guarantee. You have to go through hoops to get a refund which they know people won’t do. They want pictures of your under eye bags before, after 30 then 60 then 90 days then after 90 days, oops the warranty has expired. Who on earth would think to take a photo of themselves before starting the usage. A fool and his money are soon parted.

When I had a return, the customer service rep, Ezra, immediately contacted me and processed my return quickly and easily. I would definitely order from Cuma again!

I bought this chap stick. Yea, thats correct. That's all it is packaged as cumabalm. Don't waste your money. My stick fell out of my tube after the 5th use If it sounds to good to be true it is. I throw away 80$. I ordered 1 they sent me 2 and charged me

Bought 3 balms to save money. They are, basically, like chapstick tubes. Two of them are broken. I reached out MANY times in the past 2 weeks and nothing. DO NOT BUY from this company. Zero customer service.
