I went to Culver’s in Pooler Ga to eat and have been to this location many times. I went to place and get my bday ice cream and I have never been treated this way here! Walked in to order and i will say the drive thru was a little busy but inside there was only 1 customer standing there with a number. 1 st off no-one spoke to us to say we will be right with you or thanks for coming in! NOTHING!!! We stood there for almost 10 mins with employees walking all behind the counter and many made eye contact and still said nothing! Another couple came in behind us. So we decided to leave and go to Five Guys!! Aa we were pulling out of the lot the couple who came in behind us walked out as well!!!! I also tried to call the restaurant 3 times and of course NO ANSWER!!!!!!! I was very upset as i have never felt so un welcome in a place as then! Culver’s you might have just lost my business for good!!!!!

3rd time getting Culvers carryout in Albertville Al. First 2 times items were missing. Talk to the franchise owner about it. Nothing about replacing the missing items, her answer to me was Ill tell them not to do that anymore. Wife went back after many months, figuring the owner fixed the sorry service. I ordered a plain hamburger. She get home with a double cheeseburger and yes that is what she was charged for. Im assuming this franchise owner only hires illiterate workers. At least they are 100% on not being able to take and fill an order

Very disappointed. The meat was flat and dry and was not edible. The bacon was uncooked. Had to throw it away. Never had such poor quality of food from Culver's before. This was very disu and a waste of money

Be very careful when ordering through the drive-thru at this location. They charge you for the full order, but sometimes only give you half of what you actually paid for. My husband was charged around $70 for an order, but when he got home, we realized that we had received only about half of the food we ordered. What happens to the money for the food that was paid for but never received? We called to report the issue, but nothing was resolved. We were basically told that the order was correct, even though we were missing several items. Please check your entire order before leaving the drive-thru. Make sure you received everything you paid for. Once you leave, it seems to be very difficult to get the issue resolved. If you charge customers for the full order, you should provide the full order. Very disappointing experience.IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAPPENS!!!!

I do not like the drive through policy of having to drive and park away from the window. I do not have the chance to review my order. If the fries are not fresh or something is missing. I have to go park again then go inside to correct the order. I would rather take care of everything at the window.

Very bland, got both a chicken sandwich and a sourdough patty melt. Very sad and tasteless. The container the chicken sandwich came in gave away because so cheap quality. If I pay over $26 for two sandwich and COLD onion rings at least I could get more then two napkins and a container that wouldn't put the sandwich in my lap!!

Cold food delivered. The price of fish and chicken sandwiches is outrageous for the very small portions. Large size fries are the same as small size at MCDonalds and are horrible COLD. Onion rings may be good if they were hot. Better packaging made for hot food would have helped. Maybe Culver’s should not deliver to customers 15 minutes away if they can’t keep the food hot. My first time ever trying Culver’s and I won’t spend my hard earned money there again.
