Not Real EntertainmentReviews of culture-circle.com

I have ordered a shoe worth of about 17k. The order ID is 26081307361611 on 13th August 2026. Everything is pre-paid. It is so annoying and frustrating that they have no update on my order and all you get is to chat with a bot in Whatsapp. Pure fraud and scam is this company. NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT, NO UPDATE yet.

Order placed in June 2026 ,Payment was taken immediately, but I have not received the item. I contacted the company several times by email and received AI auto reply. As of August 2026, I received a refund on 2 September

⚠️ FRAUD EXPERIENCE WITH CULTURE CIRCLE We ordered shoes worth ₹24,000, but the shoes were never delivered and we still have not received our refund despite repeated follow-ups. The customer support is equally disappointing. There is no proper response, no clear communication, and no satisfactory resolution. We have been continuously following up, but our money is still stuck. Taking ₹24,000, not delivering the product, and then failing to provide the refund is completely unacceptable. Based on our personal experience, Culture Circle is a FRAUD and completely UNTRUSTWORTHY website. We strongly advise people to stay away from this website.

Shittiest app ever to exist. Reported my transaction as dispute because their customer service socks and they cannot deliver anything at all. All other positive reviews are fake.

Culture circle is a fraud , I ordered a seiko watch on 13th july , they took around 20 days to source the product , thereafter the product is in authentication centre, it says authenticating , i am trying to contact them , no response nothing , i am really helpless , today is 18th august , they just fake things , 0 customer support , in the name of customer support there is an Ai chatbot nothing else

With reference to my Order ID: 26071909120758. Their whatsapp help centre is ridiculous. They took 15k from me for over a month back and nobody has even bothered to respond with live tracking details and/or reason for delay in shipment. On 18th august when i asked them about status, they auto-reply saying they are closed for Independence day and will reopen on 16th August. They are 3 days behind the world.

I ordered my item 3 months ago, I haven't got it. Also they do not provide any updates. They do not provide update on delays as well. Support number ignore you for days. Worst service ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I Brought an Alan Koch Resort fit Airweave shirt from Culture Circle 3 months back. It was Rs 4K priced and was a loose fit Oatmeal colour shirt. I received the product after 2.5 months of waiting. You will definitely laugh when I show the received product. Fake product different colour and not even fitting. High price, fake product and long waiting are the taglines of the website/App.
