I have been ordering products from you for years and I love them all. I have noticed in the past couple of years, the quality of the paper lanterns has gone down. They rip very easily and sometimes as you are taking them out of the packaging. The paper on the lanterns has gotten thinner and therefore rips very easily. I also wish that there was free shipping like with so many other wholesale online companies but you still can't beat it!!

I have been dealing with this company for years and never think twice about service and quality. Always arrives on time and the staff is always a pleasure to talk too. All the products I've used are a good value for a quality product and are just as described on their site.
