My purchase arrived in a timely manner and was of high quality. A couple of the items were not what I expected size wise, however, I should have read the descriptions more carefully. I will be ordering again!

The shade I purchased will not stay on a normal light bulb. It doesn't have enough spring capacity. The curvature of the wire should be a larger diameter in order to stay on the bulb, perhaps a thicker wire as well so that it would have more spring to it.

Package arrived in a timely manner and the products are nice quality.

I have used Cultural Intrigue for several years for items for weddings and events I have done. They have always followed through with prompt courteous and cost effective service.

The reply from salesperson on the phone was friendly and helpful. The item has some assembly required which was not conveyed in the catalog.

I've been buying from Cultural Intrigue for many years, I wish there was a cheaper way for shipping that they would offer like USPS regular mail. Everything is a decent price but shipping kills me, so much so that I have been starting to buy from a closer supplier that ships state saver which is cheaper and they are quicker at fulfilling orders.

Great selection - wish items were not added to the site until actually available. The pre-order only items added a lot of frustration when working with a deadline. With the exchange rate to Canada, it ended up being pretty expensive but great product and amazing service.

I've been using Cultural Intrigue as a supplier for several months now. They offer a wide variety of high quality products and shipping is generally fast. I would've given 5 stars but I've had some issues with customers receiving the incorrect items, damaged items or the items were sent to me instead of the customer. Most of my items are received without any problems. The pricing is also a bit on the high side. Other than that they offer great customer service and are very responsive.
