Cultural IntrigueReviews of culturalintrigue.com

You are always SO FAST! So nice to count on, especially when helping customers with last minute events, thank you!

I really enjoy working with Cultural Intrigue. They are always courteous and helpful. I submitted a recent order online and after it was sent my client changed their mind. Unfortunately the request came the day after the order was submitted. I got on the phone with customer service and they were kind enough to go down to the warehouse, open the box that was ready to be shipped and switch out the items. Despite our little setback the order came in plenty of time for us to get ready for the event. The customer service agent even offered some helpful tips for assembling the poms which we already knew were a bit of a chore having used for another function in the past. But that piece of advice and the humor in which she delivered it made it one of those customer service experiences where you feel connected and you know you matter to them. Thank you!

Great prices and products.

Hi There, I am a floral designer and entrepreneur operating in Ontario, Canada. At tyhe request of one of my Brides, I purchased vases from Cultural Intrigue. I was quite worrysome about doing this as I did not know what quality of product I would receive and If the overal transaction would go smoothly. I took the leap to make my bride happy, and sure enough all went amazingly well. I had a few difficilties, but the support team was outstanding and very helpful. I will be purchasing from cultural intrigue regularly.

Great paper decor products have been using cultural intrigue for all my paper decor events for years, pleasant customer service and fast shipping only cons sometimes not all products come in all possible size combinations.
