Had someone come out to test water and check settings from Norristown Pa location. "tech" spent 20 minute and I received a bill for $245 and I was actually over charged $10. I am confident they add an extra $10 anticipating most people wont notice it.

Culligan offer great product and excellent service. I installed water softener and water filtration system in my house in June, 2026. Very happy with the softener system but not satisfied with the water RO system. Technician showed up and installed as scheduled with excellent knowledge and very helpful. In conclusion, I highly recommend Culligan. It's little more expensive than other brand, but it's reliable and great tech support. Give a A plus to Culligan team: Matthew, Clay , and Taft

Was given wrong information and charged for a 3 minute service that was not even needed. Even the tech said visit was not needed. Said he would talk to his boss. They lowered the bill but not to what it should have been. Don't trust them, if you want honesty call someone else.

Buyer Beware – Think Twice Before Choosing Culligan I wish I had done more research before spending thousands of dollars on a Culligan water softener system. My system is less than two years old and has already stopped working. What shocked me even more was the service policy. Before anyone will even diagnose the problem, Culligan requires a prepaid labor charge of $156 for the first 30 minutes, followed by $39 for every additional 15 minutes, regardless of what the issue turns out to be. My experience with the Houston office has been extremely disappointing. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and focused on collecting fees rather than helping a customer with a relatively new system. The sales process was excellent, but the after-sales support has been the complete opposite. There are many other water treatment companies with comparable products and much better customer service. I wish I had chosen one of those instead. I hope this review helps other homeowners make a more informed decision before investing in a Culligan system.

We have a water purification system from Mulligan and it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! We scheduled service calls on several occasions and they never show up.

I tried to purchase a pitcher but was not allowed to. Must purchase 2 not 1. Very poor customer service.

Consumer beware! Stay clear of this company who bought out ProOne and don’t purchase products from either company! As a long-standing customer, I bought several of the new G3.0 Gravity Filters from ProOne just before Culligan acquired the company. After the filters rapidly failed because they turned out to be a defective product, I called ProOne who has stopped responding to customers and refuses to answer the phones regarding customer concerns, so I then contacted them via email. Subsequently, after receiving no contact from ProOne, I contacted Culligan, since they are now ProOne’s parent company, and spoke with a representative to request a refund. She said she would forward my request on to the individual in charge of the ProOne accounts. After contacting both companies, I received automated emails stating that they had received my messages and that a representative would be in contact with me, however, I have received no further contact from ProOne or Culligan, nor the refund I am requesting. The G3.0 filters are faulty and if you search the internet, you will see numerous other similar customer complaints about these filters. As the new parent company for ProOne, Culligan owes it to the loyal customers of ProOne to make amends by offering refunds for the defective products. This is no way to treat the customers of a company that you purchase if you want them to continue on with your company. Prior to the acquisition by Culligan, ProOne was always an upstanding company, and I never had any difficulty in contacting them or reaching a resolution on a concern. I also filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau, however, they failed to respond to them, as well.
