CUE BroadcastReviews of cuebroadcast.com

Cue tv is terrible, I have high speed internet, brand new firestick but cue cuts in and out, freezes up or just will not work, now it keeps telling me to log back in. When we are in the middle of a show, cue freezes or jumps to another part of the show. DO NOT waste your money on this, its not worth the frustration.

Been with CUE Broadcast for 2+ years I believe. They had almost all of the issues fixed then they decided to update the app, change the Icon and changed the menu. Apparently they did not properly test the app before they released it. The current issues are channels freeze and the app tends to crash up to 10 times before it will let a channel selection go through. I sent their support an email with the issues, I was told to Force stop the app, Clear Cache and Data. Even after following the instructions the freezing and app crashing still happens. I am hoping they get these issues fixed soon, I don’t know how much longer my wife is going to put up this this. My wife keeps threatening to go back to Dish Network!!!!!!!!

Cue has a great assortment of channels available, unfortunately you are only able to recieve a handful of them. We have had issues for over a year but keep trying to stay with them. We continually get the circle of death waiting for the channel to come on….but it does not. The channel description is continually incorrect with what is actually on that channel. If it were not for the fact that the other subscription TV options out there are so expensive, we would have changed a long time ago. There is now a new icon and broadcast CUE that we were not told about until we had continuous issues with the old icon. Had it with Cue and going to find something less painful then trying to keep with Cue. Don’t subscribe unless you enjoy being frustrated!

This use to be better but they have changed from the grey app to the black app and it is terrible. The app kicks you out several times, the movies freeze all the time and many of the movies selected to not play at all. I don't know why they changed but it doesn't work for me. Try finding a customer service phone number.

I love the foundation of Cue Broadcasting. but unfortunately that is all. Neither apps have worked well. I only watch a select few channels and they always seem to freeze or quit in the middle of trying to watch something. It is truly getting what you pay for. I could never get local channels. I have tried, I really have. I need to find a better platform.

I miss cue streaming because I had a guide with it. My cue broadcasting is freezing a lot

CUE is such an amazing company. They stand for faith, family, and freedom. We have been with them from pretty much the beginning. For the price you pay, it is amazing with so many channels, movies, and series. I can even watch Michigan football up north. Customer service is wonderful too. Sign up now! CUE changes everything!!

Pathetic! Still pathetic. I came back for a third try. I want so much for this product to work but it just doesn’t. It’s cumbersome to navigate. I was on hold for 25 minutes because the only channel I can get is Accuweather. I want ESPN. After 25 minutes on hold with “ you are next in cue” about 12 times, the message was to leave a message and someone will call me back. I called the office again to hear office was closed. Now that is service.
