Had CUE since early 2022 - cancelled satellite of $178/mo I had for 25 years! Excellent inmporvements have evolved and turned into excellent service with all the features of the big companies with a lot more for literally less than 1/2! Locals, HBO, ESPN, Recording, VOD..... Get CUE and get away from the stupid high prices that are ever increasing and get so much more.

The customer service, the amount of channels for the price, and the DVR service included. The start up process was very simple. I love my CUE Broadcast!

They just cannot figure out what the problem is and now, for the Super Bowl, not being able to see the local channel, I have had it!! I want all my money back!!

The number one job they have is to provide and maintain a consistent stream of content for all the channels they offer and they continue to fail at it after being in business for 2 years. I have a 1 gig uplink/downlink fiber connection and every single streaming device they claim to provide support for (Amazon Fire Stick MAX, Onn 4K Streaming, Apple TV). The performance has been the same across all platforms. Constant buffering, random force closes, problems that as a software engineer myself would NEVER allow to hit the market. Instead, they have put their sole focus on UI changes that most will never use instead of the performance of their streams, which is the most important thing. With each update, which in turn has made their service much worse each time, they will randomly drop channels from their list without warning. They can’t handle the criticism coming in from their customers so they have blocked access to contacting support on Facebook and by phone. I wanted this to work well. Unfortunately, their product continues to deteriorate and now they are asking $70 a month for their service. I thought it was too good to be true, and I was right.

Cue has gotten worse. When they started it was good. Then they tried to up the platform, now it is crap. Freezes, can't add favorites to one TV cause it goes to all tvs in the house. Cue Broadcast has ruined a good thing. Time to check into something else.

new update removed most of the local sports channels, the channels under nfl,nba,nhl mlb streams never work. never. oh and they got rid of redzone 🤷🏻‍♂️

All it does is stop and go guide says one thing what your watching is another just changed to cue black ....just horrible now I have a blank screen
