The absolute worst streaming system on the planet bar none

Yes, there are lots of channels to choose from. Most are obsolete, however. We have constant streaming freezes. If you call Customer Service, you are on hold (overall time is at least 15 -20 minutes) and told what number in line you are. This is followed by “you’re next in line”, followed by “we will try to find someone to take your call”, followed by “ there is no one to take your call, please leave a message”, and finally followed by an email about how they are having phone problems. Meanwhile, no one ever returns your call and if you are having phone issues, why is it taking months to correct the problem. It’s not worth the aggravation!!

Stayed with them for years during all their struggles. When it went down the last time they would not even answer a call or credit billing during the time service was out. Very unreliable service. Unreliable customer service. Continuing buffering.

One only because I had to! I cancelled my account 7/8/26. I got a refund BUT just when I thought I was away from them, they took the money out again! Once they start billing you, they will never stop! BEWARE! No one ever calls you back when you call with billing issues.

Nothing but issues and buffering. Went weeks without service and they kept charging.

We signed up for service and had issues loging into the system. We sent emails, then called several times, then used the chat. Then chat asked if we wanted to talk to a human, of course we want to talk to a human we are getting no where. NO RESPONSE.

We’ve been with CUE over 2 years. NEVER had a week where there were no problems. More problems every day. From buffering to mute to stopping, repeating. Thus past week while it was OUT, a payment was deducted from my bank account. Zero service and lies for over 2 weeks. They’re attempting to pacify us through email wth Christian comments. NOT WORKING. WE SEE THROUGH THIS! Will not recommend.

Day 5 and still ZERO programs on CUE. Instead of getting better it's getting worse. I hear it's being operated illegally. I hear they are being sued by DISH and Sling. I hear a ton of people extremely angry and a ton of people cancelling their subscription but we hear nothing from CUE. UPDATE 7/22/26: CUE has the same message on 5 different phone numbers all saying the lawsuit has been settled and they are working as quickly as possible to restore service. It is now July 22nd and another auto pay of $59.99 was deducted. The guide appears but every program says "Subscriber blocked."
