The longer we had it, toe worse it got!! They would not address issue and left the customers we had mad at us for CUE being so bad!!!!

Fought to watch cue right from beginning. No recourse. Called many many times and they would reboot. Never recourse in lost time and shows we missed because of the troubles they always had. Promised all the time, updates coming. All we got was buffering, every day. Never once did theyoffer refund or we'll give you a month or two free because of all the issues. Three to four years of issues. Canceling was best thing I ever did.

I can’t watch something that stops all the time & buffers when trying to watch tv.

We signed up in October 2025. We were excited to save money and still be able to see the channels we always had watched including our local news channel. November 2025 there was an upgrade to the system that allowed you to record your favorite shows and watch later. Great! Unfortunately along with the upgrade we lost our local news channel and a had lot of buffering. l called to ask what to do. They told me to clear the cache and go back in and it should work. They also recommended increasing our internet speed. Which we did. Buffering still occurred constantly. We began to experience channels that were unavailable, sometimes more than 24 hrs at a time and still no local news channel. I was always told when I called they were working on it. April 2026 we dropped Cue because it was getting to the point we were buffering constantly and could not watch a show without any buffering and we still did not have our local news station. Would not recommend.

I loved it when I first got into it but after a while there customer service was lousy!Every time I contacted them I Would never hear back for about a week or more! When I tried calling again they were never available! I hear they rip ppl off as well. Considering finding something else!

I can find and watch every game in whatever sport I want, and I love that. Also, I travel a lot, and it’s always there on whatever device I choose. Especially cool is the ability to watch local channels from anywhere in the country. I’ve enjoyed catching up on the floods in Maui from my cell phone streaming in Texas.

I have had CUE for over a year. There isn’t a better service for the price. I get all my sports channels and my wife gets all the Hallmark channels. Tons of movies, constantly improving customer service. They also have Newsmax and OAN, which some other services won’t carry. Family owned and they support Faith and Family.

Can't enjoy tv when all it does is stop and spin trying to stay with it in hope that it improves I don't recommend cue
